The highlight of my stay was undeniably the hospitable staff, providing excellent service from check-in to dining experiences. The hotel's facilities, such as the pool and informal dining area, were satisfactory, but the constant reminders dampened my overall experience.Considering the value proposition, Four Points offers a decent and safe stay in Navi Mumbai. The pleasant staff and convenient location are key selling points, despite some minor hiccups. If you're seeking a well-priced stay with easy access to amenities, Four Points is worth considering.
